In coastal South Carolina, once a year keeps mildew, salt, and pollen from taking hold. Heavily shaded or marsh-front properties often benefit from every eight to ten months.
Will there be stripes left in the concrete?+
No. We use a commercial rotary surface cleaner for an even finish, then hand-detail the edges and corners a surface cleaner can't reach.
How long do the results last?+
Because we kill the algae rather than just blast it off, most roofs stay clean for three to five years depending on tree cover and shade.
